The Business

This leading investment bank has a global reach and a diversified business, including: investment banking, asset management, private banking and treasury services.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for overall compliance support for the various businesses conducted from Tokyo, management of the compliance team and act as the key contact with regulators, exchanges and government agencies. You will work closely with other Support & Control divisions on the operation of the Japan office.

The Requirements

You will have 10 years' regulatory and/or securities industry experience with knowledge of capital markets and corporate finance. You will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, proven ability to analyze complex and varied issues under pressure, ability to provide clear and sound advice, and the confidence to deliver compliance messages and decisions to senior managers.
