The Business
Our client is a global investment bank whose asset management business is rapidly expanding in Singapore and South East Asia.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for the establishment, development and issuing of onshore and offshore managed funds and other collective investments. You will draft and negotiate investment management agreements for the provision of discretionary investment advisory services to government and quasi government institutions, superannuation funds, other institutions and large corporations.

This is an opportunity for a driven senior lawyer to forge a career with one of the world’s great investment houses.

The Requirements
 You will need at least 8 years of post qualification experience gained either within an investment bank, asset manager or from a leading law firm.
