Its ever expanding practices cover private equity, fund formation and downstream investment M&A working closely with its New York, Hong Kong and European offices.

The Opportunity
With a number of international legal awards to its name, the Shanghai office has room for a vibrant and technically excellent lawyer to join its collegiate and closely knit team. As a lead partner you will conduct business development activities in order to generate more business within the existing and impressive platform. You will also continue to strengthen your own book of clients and help to mentor other lawyers.

The Requirements
This position requires a senior lawyer with extensive corporate experience gained from leading firms and/or with global investment houses. A great technically superior senior lawyer as well as an affable go-getter entrepreneur will help to complete this winning team. You should be US and PRC dual qualified with international legal training.
