Our client, a large US firm with numerous global offices has recently decided to expand their Singapore office across several areas with a focus on corporate. The firm is very open to candidates with broad corporate experience however solid exposure to M&A is required.

The Business
The firm with offices in the US and Europe has taken a measured approach to growth in Asia. They're now firmly established in the region with a loyal client base and the partners are looking to significantly increase their number of fee earners starting with key partner appointments.

The Opportunity
The firm is looking for quality regardless of background so lawyers from Local or International firms as well as in-House lawyers are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience in Asia is necessary and a book of business will definitely be of interest. Specific exposure to deals in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Vietnam or Indonesia is a plus.

The Requirements
Strong senior associates or consultants in private practice will also be considered with a view to elevating the right applicants to Salary Partner level within 12-18 months. Salary Partners with this firm are rapidly elevated to Equity level.
